A basic vegan mix. It's not complete yet, but I use it to replace 1 or 2 of my 3 meals a day, and usually eat vegetables in the evening and some fruit during the day which fills the nutritional holes. Otherwise it's designed as easy, healthy vegan food on the go. There's no flavourings or sweeteners at all so it won't be to everyone's taste. You could always add your own :-)
