KetoChow based on Chris Bairs 1.0.4 recipe with products easily available in the UK.

Products that are exactly the same as the original recipe: Dymatize Elite, Now Cal/Mag/D3, Now MK-7 Vitamin K-2, Kirkland Signature Daily.

Products that have a similar profile to the original recipe: Psylium Husk, Salt, Choline Bitartrate, Xanthan Gum, MCT oil, Double Cream - similar (UK cream has more fat and calories and fewer carbs so you need less in the recipe), Now Double Strength Omega 3 couldn't find the same strength fish oil the UK. This has the correct balance of Omega 3.

Couldn't find Potassium Citrate Powder in the UK, and the calcium phosphate from original recipe is £52 in UK! Have replaced instead with potassium phosphate. There's enough calcium in the Cal / Mag / D3 part that you don't need more calcium. Only concern is that it might be gritty so if there are issues with grittiness might be worth rechecking this.

I've also added in 100g of whole milk so I can have a splash with my tea in the morning. If you don't want that, remove the milk and up the double cream to 105ml to match the original macros.

Have entered the psyllium husk carbs in UK way (not US way). Can't find carb / fiber breakdown for the UK Xanthan Gum - will check once product arrives. Have assumed the same as the US version for now adjusting for net carbs.
