Walnuts > big pestle and mortar or a blender > fine powder
Olive oil > add 25g of maltodextrin tapioca to the olive oil > powdered olive oil
vegetables > cut into very small portions > throw in the oven for drying at 105 for 12 hours > blend the greens into a powder
Mix all these powders together
Ideally veggies are organic and bought very cheaply locally
