This recipe is in testing! Use this recipe at your own risk!
This is an attempt to recreate a 100% complete keto soylent recipe in Japan.
Here in Japan, grains other than wheat and rice are fairly expensive. So for me, only reason for choosing keto one as the base recipe was the cost. If you make full use of points and sales of iHerb.com, daily cost can be reduced more.
If you want more "ketogenically (is this even a word?) optimum recipe", switch oil to MCT oil and take some omega supplements will be nice.
For preparation, using instruction of the base recipe one should be okay. The only difference that matters in the preparation I can think of is that this recipe using milk instead of whipping cream.
For those interested, here's dev branch. But not much changes are going on.
Issues (high priority -> low priority):
Get rid of unconfortable taste. <- In progress.
Make soy-based probably not-so-keto variant.
Write some basic description for preparation.
Improvement of flavor to "tasty!" level.
Update nutrient profile to rev.2016-08-03.
Delete Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard Double Rich Chocolate.
Add Now Foods Non-GMO Soy Protein Isolate Powder, Natural Unflavored.
Delete Now Foods Potassium Gluconate Powder.
Add Now Foods Potassium Chloride Powder.
Replace food composition table using in milk from USDA to Japanese one.
Add nutrients value of milk missing in the Japanese table from USDA one.
Decrease amount of milk from 666ml/day to 600ml/day.
Increase amount of canola oil from 85ml/day to 86ml/day.
Decrease amount of Magnesium Oxide Powder from 1.3g/day to 1g/day.
Switch from chocolate flavored whey protein to more cheaper and slow-burner unflavored soy protein.
Tinkering according to updated nutrient profile.
Delete salt and hefty powder and use cheap potassium salt.
Probably I'll separate soy-based recipe and dairy-based recipe eventually...
Delete "be LEGEND whey protein powder (chocolate flavor)".
Add Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard Double Rich Chocolate.
Replace potassium carbonate with potassium gluconate for taste (but the cost is 10 times higher).
Delete Country Life, Total Mins Iron-Free, Multi-Mineral Complex with Boron.
Add Now Foods Magnesium Oxide Powder.
Increase amount of milk from 333ml/day to 666ml/day.
Decrease amount of protein powder from 92g/day to 69g/day.
Decrease amount of canola oil from 100ml/day to 85ml/day.
Decrease amount of MSM powder from 5g/day to 4/day.
Cheaper protein, more milk, (hopefully) less awful taste, reduce daily cost.
