First recipe and it is not something I've tried yet, I will be ordering supplies soon. So will post feedback after a couple of weeks usage.
Hoping more knowledgeable people may have useful pointers. I believe the main issue faced is referencing roughly accurate nutritional information. Bulk powders give very few details, so I've used the Agricultural Research Service United States Department of Agriculture database, when no values are provided. If this source didn't have the ingredient I referred to more detailed information of similar products found on Holland and Barrett.
The water in my area is hard so I used a rough value of calcium content per litre of water I plan on consuming each day.
According to Tesco's websites, 1 of their everyday banana weighs 150g.
As this is planned a test batch, I have not used the larger sized packs to get the lowest cost per day. I've tried to get a months worth or ingredients for the cheapest price incase its not for me.
