Vegetarian recipe optimized for caloric intake & protein needs. Emphasis was placed on ensuring all vitamins & nutrients stayed as close to 100% as possible. There are a lot of recipes I've noticed that have excessively high levels of minerals & vitamins and some are dangerous to take in excess, so I tried to pay particularly close attention to the fat-soluble vitamins & nutrients (A, D, E, & K).
I spent a lot of time putting this together and tried to ensure all ingredients' nutrient/vitamin profiles were accurate. I am VERY open input and suggestions; by all means, please add comments and variations. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and though I feel this recipe gets closer to 100% across the board than a lot of other recipes that are way over, I still don't like seeing things in the 200, 300, 400 percentile.
That said, I also tried to ensure the monthly cost was still low and that they days/unit equated to at least 30 days, hopefully more. I haven't had a chance to upload some of the information on the ingredients here yet, but I'll do that tomorrow. For now I was just focused on getting all the nutritional information in there.
