A DIY soylent recipe focused on raw ingredients using the Garden of Life Raw Meal (as a primary nutrient base and for protein, carbs, and some fat), ground raw mixed nuts (typically a mix of cashews, almonds, brazils, junior mammoth pecans, filberts, and macadamia for fat and to contribute to a varied amino acid profile), Garden of Life Perfect Food RAW Organic Green (for additional antioxidants, enzymes, amino acids, essential fatty acids, phytonutrients, prebiotics, and probiotics), Manitoba Hemp Pro 50 (cold pressed hemp for additional protein and omega3s), figs (for additional carbs and calories), cocoa powder (for flavor, flavonoids, and antioxidants), chocolate almond milk (for flavor, occasionally subbing varying amounts for plain/vanilla almond milk), salt (for chromium, iodine, and sodium) and water (to adjust the consistency).

*This is still a work in progress, since its still short on some nutrients currently; after double checking the numbers, some adjustments will likely occur, since the various nuts are contributing magnesium, selenium, copper, and choline that is not yet accounted for.
