#Soylent Green(s)

First and foremost, this is (if it ever gets completed) my first 100% Complete Soylent. I've tried to make another recipe before, but it was getting too many ingredients I didn't like. I'm taking the experience and knowledge gained in my failures to try and make it a success.

That said, it would REALLY help me if you comment and criticize this recipe, because I still feel I'm very new to Soylent.

The idea behind this recipe is to create a tasty Soylent which is made of natural and (if possible) vegetarian, non-GMO ingredients. I'm not going to worry about making it vegan since I'm not even a vegetarian myself, and vegan ingredients are usually both more expensive and harder to find.

Because of the use of natural (powdered) ingredients, this recipe may end up being more expensive than average. This is a trade-off I'm willing to take, and I'm sure many others would too. My current goal is to make it no more than 7.5€/day, which would add up to 225€ in a 30-day month.

##Notes

  • I'm using egg in this recipe not only as a different protein source, but also as an emulsifier. At some point I'll try whole egg vs egg white powder to see if powdered egg yolk still has its emulsifying properties.
