**This is not the standard soylent recipe as it is not just one beverage mix. The carbs, seeds, and 1/2 of the oil/salt is baked into a bread loaf. Then the mix is mixed with either coffee or milk for hot coco. daily allows for 2 cups coffee w/ 2tbsp half and 1/2 tbsp sugar per cup.
