This is my first attempt. Solent is the stretch of water between the Isle of Wight and the UK mainland.
Initially this was too high in sodium and dietary fiber. With a multivitamin the vitamin profile appears to be basically good. I want to use hemp oil for the fats but will need to learn how to enter this.
I'm looking for a gradual weight loss and careful control of the nutrient profile.
I dreaded taking the first swig, but it actually tastes good, the oats stuck to my teeth but it wasn't too grainy.
I used regucol for fiber which also includes lactobacillus and bifidobacterium.
