My first attempt at a simple, cheap, easily attainable (mostly supermarket), nutritious recipe.

It's slightly short on calories, sulfur, manganese, molybdenum, selenium, biotin and choline.

I'm not too worried about the trace deficiencies because often those are available in small amounts in just about everything, so they tend not to be reported in nutritional info and it's hard to actually be deficient in them.
