What I like:
- Soylent is great for those times when you are short of time.
- Soylent is better than fast food, pre-packaged food, etc.
But I disagree that one can replace meals. This is what Michael Pollan calls "nutritionism" and his "In Defense of Food" is the best answer to why real food is still the best health advice.
But, like everyone else, I'm short of time/lazy/tired of spending a lot of money. Is there something to make a skeptic happy?
