This is a simple grocery trip based liquid diet. It uses raw eggs so has higher risk, but it is cheap and easy to mix and with supplements I am already taking (not included is a multivitamin)
Eggs get cracked in to blender or blender bottle, add cream and oil. Mix thoroughly. This should be close to a cup.
You can add coffee or tea. To do this start with room temp eggs and oils and add a little bit of hot liquid (about a tablespoon) and mix - repeat until the egg mixture is warm (about 1/4 to 1/3 a cup) then add in bigger bits. This is called tempering the eggs and lets you add hot liquids without cooking them.
