This is a diet meant for people with SIBO or IBS. Mostly based on the recommendations by Dr. Siebecker (google it).

The only exception is the oat flour which does not affect me very much but if you need to change it just play with the amounts of coconut flour or dextrose to increase the carb amounts.

Just buy a food processor and make the oat flour at home (blend oats and they turn into powder, done), 5 lbs of oats is $10 at costco while at Amazon the oat flour is like $20 for 4 lbs.

I prefer pressed oils rather than refined since I think refined oils have more unnatural imbalances in their fats.

I am also addicted to caffeine so I included two cups of coffee with milk that I drink every day. You can adjust the protein by adding more whey.

Note: MCT oil will be removed and replaced with 15 ml of coconut oil. Kirkland Fish Oil will be replaced with Cod Liver Oil.
