This is a weight loss formula to use while weight lifting during a cut phase. Assuming an average male with a daily burn of ~2400 cals per day, you will lose approximately 0.8lb per week. Applying a factor of 1.3 turns this into a lean massing program that will add approximately 0.4lbs per week while maintaining the macro nutrient ratio.

This is an unflavored recipe. Flavor can be added by: Cacao/Stevia, Vanilla Extract, flavored protein.

The NOW foods brand of protein was quite expensive, you could easily shave >$.50 a day by using protein that is cheaper per unit. The Chia seeds and the Hemp protein also add significant cost.
