This is my attempt at a micronutritionally complete PSMF 'lent diet.

I advise finding a way to take the super micros separately if you cannot handle their taste in the shake. I've been experimenting with putting it into pill capsules myself, as I truly find their taste hard to stomach or mask.

On top of this, I would take an Omega Complex of your choice, and some fiber.
