This is my first recipe and I am trying to add ingredients. However, I am having trouble adding/importing ingredients. Also, I would like to add a Tag "paleo" but cannot seem to do this. So for now this is my sandbox while I try to use this website.

Previously, I tried some of the maltodextrin-, instant oat flour-, and masa- based mixes but found that all of these carbs disagreed with me in one way or another (maltodextrin is way too much of a sugar rush, and oats and masa seem hard to digest).

Currently I am experimenting with banana flour, brown sugar, almond flour, and tigernut (Cyperus esculentus) flour.
