I want to steer away from using multivits to fill in the gaps with my recipe, I find that it's lazy and I'd rather get the majority of my food from whole sources. To cover all bases, especially in terms of vitamins A, C and K, be drinking a "complete greens" drink from bulkpowders.
Decided to reduce it to 2 shakes a day, going to eat a meal in the night if I have time otherwise I'll have 3 a day.
