This is just the replacement for our Soylent post-workout shakes my partner and i came up with due to the on-going stock issues Soylent has in Canada, and us not wanting to support US based companies as much anymore.
The BCAA taste comes through pretty strongly unfortunately, but we definitely notice our muscles are happier with it, if you don't care as much and go without the taste is much much nicer.
This recipe will probably be updated here and there as we try and improve it.
This is NOT meant to be a full meal replacement, only as a post-workout breakfast shake, though i would like to eventually add/replace some things to add some more nutrients, but also ideally keeping the cost low.
