This recipe uses Optimum Pro Complex Gainer as a base (carb and calorie source). I thought it would be interesting to try out. Maltodextrin is the main ingredient in Optimum just as in Soylent. Leave a comment about this idea, please. The 3 supplements on the bottom of the list are placeholders for now. The amount GNC Mega Men® Sport - Vanilla Bean used is just 1 scoop is instead of 2 which is the serving size to avoid Niacin overdose (very bad) since some Niacin is already found in Optimum's Pro Complex Gainer.
