Blend all ingredients.

Not an attempt at a Soylent, but I think it comes close enough without the hassle of finding strange ingredients at strange stores. I replace a meal with this from time to time. It is thick, cold, and delicious! Makes one very large glass as a meal replacement, or two servings as a snack.

This is reduced-carb, but not ketogenic.

TIps:

  • Peel the banana before freezing it (I keep one or two in my freezer in ziploc bags)
  • To reduce the calorie count, skip the peanut butter and/or the whey protein as desired.
  • The coconut is optional, but I think it really helps the flavor.
