Preheat oven to 400ºF

  1. Spread a thin layer of olive oil on a pizza pan
  2. Place crust on pan; season to taste (I use salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and nutritional yeast)
  3. Bake crust for 3 minutes on each side at 400ºF, then remove from oven
  4. Spread sauce onto crust using a rubber spatula
  5. Add cheese
  6. Add pepperoni
  7. Place in oven

Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted & crust is ready. Makes 1 medium sized pizza.

Leftovers good for about 6 days afterwards if stored in a zipper bag in the fridge.
