Food for myself, for when eating stuff with textures and tastes is difficult.

Preparing the powder

In a high-powered blender, blend the oats and the vitamin pill into a fine powder. Add the protein powder and the sugar and continue blending until combined. Store in an airtight container.

Preparing for eating

For a full meal (for a snack) mix 8 TBS (4 TBS) powder with 3 tsp (1.5 tsp) oil and add water until the desired consistency is reached. If drinking cold, let sit for 10-15 minutes for a smoother consistency. Alternatively, it can be boiled to make a porridge.
