The taste is ok. I replaced the soy protein with rice protein and the soy lecithine with sunflower lecithine because of my soy allergy. I mix all the ingredients, except the "Gerstengras" and natron + potassium chloride (i mix them extra because without them, the shake gets a milkshake-like taste). I know this receipt is for vegans but I tried to mix in ~300-400ml of milk and 3 bananas and it improves the taste a ton. Mixed with around 1L of water you get a thick mixture which you can drink in sips. A few hundret ML at once last for a few hours, but personally I feel not full even if my stomache feels full. I would recomend an additional meal a day extra for something to chew on. All in all it's a good substitude

Tried for a couple of days and keep trying. Texture is smooth. The Flohsamen give you something to chew on (if you've let them soften in water for a bit). Tastewise it is ok, It feels a bit heavy, though, which is note necessarily bad. With other recipes I can gulp a third of the daily requirement with 900ml of water in one go. With this one I am taking sips :) I feel full after that, yet light. Preparation is straightforward, just measure and mix (of course crush tablets to dust). Put in shaker and shake a bit. If you don't drink fast the mixture separates so you'll have to shake in between.
