Theoretical "health shake" recipe, trying to mostly use ingredients with recognizable names that one might be able to find at a local organic grocery / health food store.
I think a couple of ingredients might be mis-reporting their nutritive value, and I know there are a couple of nutrients missing. If you can find 1 (or 2?) ingredients to add (or change) to bring this to > 90% complete, I'd love to learn about it!
