My second (more or less) complete Soylent recipe.

I think the micro nutrients/mineral deficiencies are on a tolerable level, although the fat as well as daily costs could be lower. If anyone has any tips regarding those, or increasing my levels of polyunsaturated fats, please leave a comment.

Now, for the instructions (Please note that this is merely a suggestion, it's how I mix it, advise borrowed from other users):

-Weigh all dry ingredients individually, and add them one by one to a ziplock bag.Take special care with the salts, sodium overdose is a potentially serious health risk!

-For the oats and wheat germs, I mix them into a powder with a blender (oats on top of wheat!), into the finest (particle-wise) possible powder that you can make.

-Crush the multivitamins and calcium pills into a powder with a mortar and pestle and add them to your bag.

-Close the bag and mix it all together the best you can.

(-I do this on sundays, and make an entire weeks worth in one sitting. It takes me about 1-1.5 hours.)

-When mealtime comes take about a third of the mixture and add two (2) teaspoons (10 ml) of olive oil per meal into a shaker or any other suitable container, add water and blend. Take one of each capsule (omega-3 and potassium) for every meal. (Edited for meal equality.)

-Feel free to add as much water as you want to achieve your desired consistency, I add about 300ml of water per meal.

(-Don't forget to drink more water during the day!)

-Addendum: Please make sure to use an accurate scale! Make sure your scale has AT LEAST a sensitivity/accuracy of 1 gram, ideally 0.1 grams.

-Addendum 2: If you are on the go all day, it might make sense to make one large container in the morning, with your entire days worth of Soylent. In this case, it might make sense to squeeze out the omega-3 oil out of the capsules along with the olive oil.

-Edit: I now also crush and mix in the pills. This is because I tended to get a bit nauseous in the mornings.

-Edit 2: For the Choline and MSM measurments, 2.8g-3g equals to about 4 scoops each of the little measurment spoon that comes with the Choline Bitartrate from Bulk Powders. (This is mostly just a reminder for myself.)
