Breakfast Müesli with low glycemic index with lots of fiber. It's suited for a low carb, high protein diet. I eat 1/5 up to 1/4 of the total amount for breakfast. Lasts for 4 hours of brain work and a short workout ;)

To eat as a Müesli with a little low fat milk, eat egg whites fried (seperately).
