ABOUT

A mostly Canadian sourced low-carb powdered food. A key aspect of this recipe is to be lactose free, and eventually vegetarian/vegan.Currently the Multivitamin and Vitamin D source are both non-vegan, but this is manly due to ingredients I currently have on-hand. The ingredient list this recipe is based off of does include some untried alternative ingredients and sources.
