#Still in the middle of building - Non-private for a friend to see.

###Changes: Cost will be slightly off. Replaced vegetable oil with fish oil because I had some lying around. Dropped it to 1500 calories per day.

###Possible causes for concern: 50% on fat and carbs - Shouldn't be an issue for weight loss? No Omega 6 - Can supplement easily by eating a tomato every now and then.

###Use Designed to be 98g of powder with 400ml of water (I prefer mine a little thicker, if you like yours watery, add more water) four times per day. I tend to find 98g is a little much in the morning though, so I drop that to 60 and make up for it later. It's entirely your choice.
