KhirChowChow 2.0 is really good recipie and this is very gritty is taste wise. i am using this for my family and going to shared share this with my friends. so yummy and tasty smoothie one can have and yes healthy too for the perfect diet and I am glad that you have shared the full and perfect recipe.
