I typically consume shakes only during my work week, replacing 2 meals during the day and then eating a keto-compliant dinner. (I also do Intermittent Fasting, so I eat "breakfast" at 2PM, "lunch" at 4:30PM, and dinner at 6:30PM.) On weekends I eat only keto-compliant solid meals.
Along with my "breakfast" shake, I take a multivitamin. I take a fish oil capsule before bed (to minimize the effect of salmon burps).
