This is based on Chris Bair's Keto Chow 1.5.0 Master formula. I decided to go with ON whey instead because I think it is a better quality protein powder than the Dynamize. I also increased the Acacia Gum content to bring the fiber total back up.
If you use the full 2 grams of salt per serving, it is going to taste a little salty. Personally, I usually only use about 1.25 grams of salt per serving. Just be aware that "keto flu" is really an electrolyte deficiency. If you feel crappy at 3.75 grams of salt per day, go to the 6 grams.
The MCT oil is great, but heed the warnings and work your way up to the full amount. Just use mostly olive oil to start, and cut in more and more MCT oil each day. If you don't, bring spare underwear to work and prepare for Shart Week.
The chloride and sulfur amounts seem low, but I don't think they actually are. The amino acids in the protein powder are an (as yet) unlisted source of sulfur and I'm pretty sure the other ingredients cover the chloride. I will update when I find the amounts.
One last thing. I like to fill my blender bottles to the top, but that dilutes the sweetness a little too much for my taste. To fix that, I give each bottle a quick squirt of stevia drops.
