Based on the popular Keto Chow, this version resolved my upset stomach issues by switching the whey protein to a plant based protein (Orgain's Organic Protein) and switching the Heavy Cream to Avocado Oil, which has a neutral taste. I do have to add more water to this version than the original to make up for the density of the oil. Per meal, this is about 20 ounce bottles worth, had to change to bottles I used.
I take the fish oil pills at night before bed.
The net carbs in this version is 30g/day, which still is ketogenic for me. YMMV.
Still have to follow the original Keto Chow directions.
