DIRECTIONS

  1. At least 4 hours before, prep BCAA’s Jelly and divide between 2 glasses.
  2. In a small mixing bowl combine the yoghurt and Protein Powder until smooth.
  3. Top the Jelly with the yoghurt mix.
  4. Add the Cake and top with favourite fruit.
