DIRECTIONS
- At least 4 hours before, prep BCAA’s Jelly and divide between 2 glasses.
- In a small mixing bowl combine the yoghurt and Protein Powder until smooth.
- Top the Jelly with the yoghurt mix.
- Add the Cake and top with favourite fruit.
