Hemp protein is very digestible, and the hemp here includes fiber from the husks. UMP uses a natural blend of 80% casein and 20% whey, which should provide long term satiety and potentially digest better. My theory is the grainy texture of the hemp will suspend better in the dairy-based milkshake texture coming from Chris Bair's original Keto Chow formula.
