The main idea here is health, with cost as a second consideration. Flavor was not a consideration.

This is made with sprouted grains to improve digestabilibty. The grains are all uncommon--grains that aren't normally eaten--in order to improve the nutritional aspects of the meal and the variability in diet.

Please note the nutrition information is incomplete. The calories and protein are the only fields that I have made sure to fill in as accurately as possible.

Please also note the daily values displayed are what I've decided will be for 1 serving, NOT per 1 day. Depending on hunger the serving size could be doubled.

Finally, I should add that while this can provide a good meal replacement, it is assumed that fruits, vegetables, fats, and dairy products will still be consumed as snacks etc. This is not formulated with the intent of becoming the sole sustenance of a diet.

I have not made the recipe so I can only guess on the flavor (probably mediocre), and I'm not sure how well it will mix up. Given that I used mostly gluten free ingredients it should mix just fine.
