I have made alterations to the protein and carb content since I am a younger male and require a little more sustenance to get thru my workout days.

It has a little more carb content than most KETO Soylents, but if you take out the GNC Mega Men Sport in lieu of a multivitamin pill, you will be good to go.

I've used Casein powder, which is a slower burning, you can switch it for 100% Whey if you have a lactose problem.
