DIRECTIONS

  1. In a food processor, blitz the nuts on high for 3 seconds or until broken down but not fine powder.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Press into a square tin and chill for 2 hours or until firm. *
  4. Cut into 8-10 even bars.
