This is a simple supplement recipe with a high nutritional and natural content for almost $2/day.


  • Removed dry milk to avoid bloating and gas.
  • Removed fats (canola, olive). Better to keep this recipe as a supplement.

I recommend to drink the recipe during breakfast/lunch. That way you can eat a normal meal in the evening/night to get your extra calories from carbs/fat.

Taste: Neutral. You don't need to add ingredients but if you want to add some flavor, you can add some frozen fruits.

I tried using other whey flavors but vanilla is the best by far.

Lose Weight: Recipe has a little above 1400 calories. If you want to look very lean, divide the recipe in three. Add some fruits (frozen are very practical) so it doesn’t taste “boring”. Makes it easy for intermittent fasting. Perfect for women.

Bodybuilding: You need to add a normal meal or two to your diet depending on your size. Make your profile and add this recipe so you can reach your goal.

Preparation: Easy and you don’t need to mess with big buckets, drillers, tumblers, etc. MyProtein comes with scoops inside their products (including the Choline!). So buy some small plastic bags (I use Hefty) and you’ll make 3 bags for three meals/day. For each bag (meal) use:

  • 2 scoops of Oat Flour (66g)
  • 2 scoops of Whey (50g)

Vitamins; Take the daily dose separate. Crushing the pills to mix inside big buckets is a very bad idea since you’ll end up ingesting too much or nothing at all.

Practical: I HIGHLY recommend to get a NINJA Bullet Blender ($45 at Walmart). Two seconds are enough to mix the ingredients.

*Do not use more Oat Flour due to excess of Molybdenum.

* has discounts everyday. When I see 45% to 50% discount + free shipping I buy. Do not buy otherwise unless you're in a hurry. Buy two bags for the first time and when you finish one, start checking every now and then for the discount to buy another bag again.
