Niacin from foods doesn't have an upper limit, granted 31g is from a supplement.
Upper limit of vitamin A depends on what form it is in.
I want a partially solid meal plan so I don't have liquid shits. I also did not want all my fat from oil, carbs from grain, nor protein from whey.
Now I have to actually order these things and see if they mix. If it is successful I will post pictures, as well as add every other little thing like the salt and pepper on the solid meals as well as any seasoning/butter.
