To add another 360 calories to this replace the skim milk powder with full cream milk powder. This change does not affect the cost and brings up the fat levels to about 30% of calories.
As this is 1,500 calories I have not hit the RDI for fibre (which is based on a 2,000 odd calorie diet)
This diet is relatively low in fat (22% of calories coming from fat) I don't see this as problematic but it's not ideal.
My reading has suggested that an optimum ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 is between 1:1 and 1:4. For this reason I have intentionally left the omega 6 oil low.
30/10/13 Cut the milk powder (100 to 80) and the oats (120 to 100) in order to save calories. The plan is to bring this up as I drop fat culminating in 2,200 a day for maintenance.
