This is a very resilient mix which takes the nutrients from multiple sources. It takes carbs from multiple grains, protein from multiple sources and adds some spices and herbs that are commonly used in India. All in powdered form. Should taste like what Indians know as 'sattu ka sharbat', but no idea, really.

Spices contain cumin, chili, tumeric, ginger, garlic, rock salt, onion, cinnamon, cardamom, pomegranate seed, pepper and chat masala. These provide various Ayurvedic benefits and also balance out the minerals.

Little extra fat is required as whole grains contain fats on their own.

It is really difficult to model as different nutrient profiles throw my composition out of whack. So, I stuck to Robs 2500 Calorie exercise diet. A lot of it is fibre (318% of reco), so don't get too worried.

Data for certain grains was not available(maybe a dozen figures). So some of the vitamins and minerals might be present as less than recommended but they should be over the value in practice.

Supplements have been added to make up for any large deficiencies.

The spices contain Sodium and Chloride, so don't fear the values. And more can be added as required. I like less salt.

Also, This is not a single solution for all ills. This is supposed to be my primary source of food for like 80% of the time. Sundays is for pizza and fruits and buckets of nuts.

Due to the effort required to put it in this website, with my crappy internet, I just put it all in excel sheet and uploaded onto google docs. Here you can find the actual breakdown of individual groups: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_LSOdDKEsWZcP8iGZBjN0Fj5soPOsSPxFrwfXUwWv-w/edit?usp=sharing
