This is my attempt at a soylent formula that is affordable and complete. It will require taking some supplements along with the liquid "food" mix. At present, this is untested. I am unsure how complete this is, although I am aiming for as close to 100% complete as possible. Feel free to test and get back to me if you wish.

For the supplements, spread them out and take with a "meal". Be sure to consume plenty of fluids when taking the potassium and spread it out throughout the day! I will say it again, spread the supplements out throughout the day. At present, the average monthly cost is around $140.00 USD estimated (about $35 USD a week).

NOTES: The oats need to be ground in a mortal and pestle preferably. A good blender may work but the bits will be a little chunky. You can find a mortar and pestle in the spanish isles of most grocery stores for a reasonable proce. The Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract is for sulfur compounds and general overall health. It is superior to average garlic supplements. This has been formulated with a male age 19-50 in mind and using the US Government DRI profile. Since this is currently untested, I have no idea how it will taste or how a body will react. It is at least in theory far superior to my current "diet".

Main Goals: Be affordable (under $40 a week USD), be complete (can live off of it and be healthy), and be reasonably easy to prepare. Hopefully be tasty as well.

Disclaimer: Try and use at your own risk. I (and the makers of Soylent) can not be held responsible for anything really. I am in good faith bringing this recipe to the community. Improvements are invited.
