Based on Liquid Cake 1.3, with 50% of calories from protein and incorporating MCT oil. 4 servings per day, first 3 use 15g of MCT, last shake of the day uses 15g of vegetable oil. Protein source varies, but usually 1:1 of whey concentrate and caesin.
