Yeah the sodium is a bit high, but just make sure to chug plenty of water, take a vitamin pill and you'll essentially get everything your body needs. Just toss four big macs in a blender and drink up throughout the day. I'm a week in and doing fine so far!
I've been picking up four big macs every day at my local McDonald's, and I've been blending them at night to have the next day. The amount of water in the actual soylent is up to you for the consistency you like, but I'd recommend drinking a lot on the side.
I plan to work out some of the kinks, like the missing vitamins, with some additions, and I may also try to lower the fat content a bit...considering replacing a big mac with a fish fillet.
