I am 190 cms(6'3") weighing at approx 96 kgs at the moment training 4 days a week.(male)

This recipe is basically a replica of Down Under 3000+ Cal Bulking Agent 1.0 by satman. Just added more carbs ,and rice protein instead of whey because of the dairy issue.

I will be consuming this plus a post workout shake consisting of 60g of maltodextrin and 1 scoop of protein equating to 24g of protein.
