  • Dry ingredients sifted,
  • Brown sugar aerated to reduce clumping, mix in in parts
  • Add wet ingedients
  • Add water to thin mixture out and make easier to put in muffin tray
  • After distributing to muffin trays I then pushed squares of chocolate into the middle of the muffins
  • I cooked at about 160C for 20 minutes - until browned
