Basic ketogenic plan based on products available in UK's Holland and Barrett stores.
Still very much at the draft stage!
Currently supplementing with various vitamins and algae-based omega oils.
This mix is rather gritty. Taste is acceptable, but not great.
I want something that's easy to mix, preferably using the 70ml scoops that come inside tubs of protein powers, or standard-size teaspoons/tablespoons.
Currently I grind up one teaspoon of lecithin granules with the back of the teaspoon in a mug. Then two teaspoons of coconut oil melted using a little hot water. The rest is measured using scoops. Add water, shake.
