This is my recipe for an economic Keto Chow 1.5, with Canadian prices.
The daily price is also cheaper than shown -- if you purchase one of everything from iHerb, except getting two MCT Oils (each container lasts 15 days, makes sense to buy two), it gives a saving of over $11 on the current purchase with the first-timers' promo code, and 5% off on the purchase of >1. So subtract $0.22 from the daily total. This doesn't include the "loyalty savings" of 10% you'll get on your future purchase.
You'll need to restock iHerbs every 28 days. You'll need to restock PureBulk every 250 days.
The sweet spot for a higher refill on iHerbs is 110 - 130 days, with the following multipliers:
Acacia Gum: 4 (113 days)
MK-7 Vit 7: 2 (120 days)
Xanthan Gum: 3 (127 days)
MCT Oil: 8 (121 days)
Note: Sulfur is not actually deficient in this, as there's over 7g of of Cystine and around 7g of Methionine in the daily included completed protein. This paper suggests that a combined total of 3-4g per day of cysteine and methionine should be sufficient. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2198910/
Currently looking for an economical way to add phosphorous to the recipe without boosting calcium.
