Whilst rice protein is incomplete, the combination of ingredients in this recipe meet and exceed the requirements for all essential amino acids.

Currently not suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians, or vegans. Switching out the fish oil liquid for more flaxseed oil (~5ml) and the oats for a gluten-free variety should make this hypoallergenic.
